She is a doctoral-level consultant and program developer with more than 25 years of experience across behavioral health, leadership development, high-performance environments, cross-cultural communication, retreat design, and applied nervous system regulation.
Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations improve focus, stability, resilience, decision-making, and follow-through under pressure.
